Rehoboth Terminal Driver Assistance Text Message Program

By requesting driver assistance through the Rehoboth Terminal IVR system, drivers agree to receive text messages related to operational driver support.

Program Description

Rehoboth Terminal may send text messages to drivers who request arrival instructions through our IVR system. Messages may include terminal arrival instructions, check-in guidance, pickup or delivery coordination information, and other operational support related to Rehoboth Terminal.

Consent

Drivers provide consent by calling the Rehoboth Terminal IVR system and selecting the Driver Assistance option to request arrival instructions by SMS. Messages are sent only after the driver requests assistance.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the driver’s request and operational needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the driver’s mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Drivers can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Help Instructions

For help, drivers can reply HELP or call Rehoboth Terminal at (954) 706-1001.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
